We’re just starting up the first of what we hope will be a number of courses looking at the issue of debt. We’re wanting to help each other and people in the local community to get better control of their finances. The course is from Christians Against Poverty and has received rave reviews from many quarters.

At the moment we’re going to be looking at what it means to live distinctively from the world around us. We’re learning from the book of Daniel in the Old Testament about what it means to be different but still be part of society. How can we be both engaged with the world around us but be shaped by what God wants us to be?
